You indicate your problem areas to me; one time is all i need, you to express your needs, then I will put on my thinking cap and meet all your problematic areas by training you and designing your program card. $50.00 ONE TIME FEE for one hour. You can return at any time for a new program when you are ready to learn new styles from the first program I designed for you. Special Offer #2 ~ Even Better News, Get Your Kids In Shape
Hi to all trainee's: Sean Lowe assisted by my assistant Nick Cole will be training kid's from ages 6-12 every wednesday at Clement park at 5:00pm.
A special Personal training session for only $20.00 per kid (A $55.00 value). All parent's will be training with me Sean Lowe during the same time Nick Cole will be training the kid's *the training is free for the parents during the hour we are training your kid's*. This training will never take place at Club USA location because the kid's are all under age to train on the upper level gym floor and are to young to lift weights.
They will be learning how train in a postive co-ed kidsgroup. We will be teaching leadership, postive behavior, and the importance of school work.
